Dr. Daniel Schouval is a world renowned specialist in internal medicine and an expert in liver cases. He studied medicine at the University of Basel-Switzerland and continued his education at Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem. He continued his training and then as a resident of the Department of Pathology and Internal Medicine. He also attended the British Liver Council session at Royal Hospital before moving to the Liver Research Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. After returning from the United States, he became the director of Liver unit at Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem. He also served as Dean of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
