Menachem Benifla received his bachelor's degree in medicine from Ben-Gurion University in the Negev, Israel. Three years later, he became a doctor of medicine, graduating from the Faculty of Health Sciences at the same university.Prof. Benifla's internship in the field of neurosurgery was completed in 1997 and 1998 at the Soroka Medical Center in Beer Sheva. After that, he underwent his residency, and successfully graduated in 2004. In 2002, Prof.. Benifla became a master in the management of health facilities at Ben-Gurion University. He also began training at the School of Business and Management in Beer Sheva.
