Professor Gil Bolotin is a leading physician in
the field of cardiothoracic surgery and has extensive experience in this field.
He obtained his degree in medicine from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and
completed his clinical training at the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at
the Carmel Medical Center in Haifa. In addition, Dr. Bolotin received his
doctorate from the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands, and continued
several training programs in the field of coronary and robotic surgery at the
University of North Carolina - USA, the field of heart transplantation and
atrial fibrillation at the University of Chicago - USA. The Professor is
currently Head of Cardiothoracic Unit at Rambam Hospital in Haifa
