Dr. Ron Bilik is a senior pediatric surgeon and
an expert in congenital diaphragmatic hernia, and heads the surgery department
at sheba-Tel Aviv Hospital. Dr. Bilik graduated with honors from the Faculty of
Medicine in Haifa, and completed his specialization in general surgery and
trauma at the Belinson Hospital - Petah Tikva. He continued clinical and
research training at the American Center for Emergency Medicine and Trauma in
Baltimore, USA, then a clinical training in pediatric surgery and liver
transplantation for pediatrician was done at the Children's Hospital of Canada.
He also get a specialty in minor surgeries for children in health centers in
Belgium and France. He joined the Pediatric Surgery Department at sheba-Tel
Aviv Hospital, and he is following neonatal surgery, prenatal counseling,
congenital malformations and treatment of children esophageal reflux.
