Biography

Professor Abraham Kuten is a leading oncologist and is among the best doctors in the country. Professor Abraham Coutin is one of the inventors of the "electronic nose" - a highly sensitive detector that responds to the characteristic substances of cancer cells. Since 1982, Prof. Abraham Kotin has been the head of the Oncology Department at Rambam Hospital in Haifa and has more than 40 years of professional experience. He received his degree in medicine from the Hebrew University- Jerusalem, and then trained in the Oncology Department at Rambam Medical Center and at the Technion-Israel. He continued radiotherapy training at Rhode Island Hospital, USA. During his career, he has held several administrative positions at Rambam Hospital in Haifa, were he served as Vice President of the Oncology Department, Head of Radiation Therapy unit, Acting Director of Oncology department and he aslo wored as an expert Consultant.
